Brand new floor and freshly painted. this one-bedroom has private access and has its patio. The room will have a bed, desk for study and lamp, TV and internet. Also, the room will have a study desk and a Lamp. You are getting an entire place for yourself. if you are friends or sister and would like to share together then you can split the rent but off course the rent will be little higher. we can talk about this if you are interested.
