We are a 4 member academic family who have lived in Boston for 25 years. We are friendly and outgoing. Our Homestay is cozy, clean and spacious. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Purple room) with Private bathroom The orange room is a lower level room with an ensuite private bathroom and mini kitchen with fridge, small kitchen sink and hot plate for light cooking. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: We ask that guests keep their room clean, no smoking and no parties! Payment method is cash on arrival, first month, last month and security deposit (1 month) when staying for extended periods (5 months or more). Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned ONLY if we receive notice one month in advance.
