I am looking for one male boarder for a mostly unfurnished apartment in a two-bedroom, 600 sq ft apartment in south Waltham, near Moody St.. There is a single bed mattress on a frame. I can help find more furniture. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes you need. Close to Brandeis and Bently, not too far from other colleges and universities. He would be the only boarder, the owner lives in her own apartment downstairs. Earliest availability November 1, 2025. No off-street parking, but it’s a quiet side street and it’s not usually hard to find parking. Very close to the riverwalk. I’m looking for someone one quiet and responsible. Unfortunately, the apartment is not handicapped accessible; one full staircase. It also comes with a yard. I'd love to cut the rent for someone who really enjoys light garden and has experience with it. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Roommate's Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Please do not leave things in the common areas. No pets. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please keep quiet after 9 pm. No loud noise during the day.
