Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 550.00 Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: Welcome! I want all guests to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Please follow these house rules: 1. Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM. 2. Please keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy. 3. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property. 4. No parties or events. 5. Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors must receive prior approval from the host. 6. Please respect everyone in the home and keep noise to a minimum. 9. Clean up after using the kitchen and wash your dishes promptly. 10. Help conserve energy by turning off lights and fan when leaving your room. 11. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the house and do not share house keys or access codes. 12. Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. 13. Pets are not allowed. 14. Laundry is available only during the designated hours provided by the host. 15. Any damage caused during your stay is the guest’s responsibility. 16. Failure to follow these house rules may result in the reservation being terminated. • We have friendly dogs, so guests should be comfortable around pets. • Communication is important. Payment Policy • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. • Payments may be made securely through zelle, paypal, venmo. • Reservations may be canceled if full payment is not received by the required deadline.
