There are two single rooms for rent with a separate private entrances near Monterey Blvd., close to CCSF and SFSU in San Francisco. The monthly rent of the room is $1,650.00 for one person without any pet. The security deposit will be $1000,00 for one room and $3000.00 for renting two rooms. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and two bathrooms. Wireless internet, washers and dryers are available. The room has basic furniture such as beds, tables, chairs, and cabinets. Convenient transportation near the house, you can take bus # 43 to UCSF Parnassus Campus directly, #23 to San Francisco Zoo and Ocean Beach, or K Streetcar to downtown. The surrounding environment is good, quiet, and safe wonderful Westwood Highlands Neighborhood. It is suitable for cycling, hiking, and other health and leisure activities. It is easy to park your car on the street. The accommodation does not accept pets, staying overnight guests, or any kind of smoking. Room(s): 1. Our home goes "quiet/to bed" at 11PM Monday through Friday nights and 12 AM (midnight)on Friday and Saturday nights. 2. If you do not plan to sleep at home please telephone us to advise this at a reasonable hour so that we will not worry about you. 3. If you do not plan to come home for dinner if it is applicable, please telephone us by 4PM that same day. 4. California is in a drought (water is used sparingly). We adhere to the 10 minute shower rule and expect the same from you. Please do not use the bathroom for longer than 20 minutes at one time. 5. If you need/want clothing washed, I am more than happy to share washer/dryer, Otherwise, there is a laundromat down at the Ocean Ave.. 6. No friends or guests of yours may come to sleep overnight without our express (asked) permission. It shall be less than 3 nights otherwise it will be charged accordingly. 7. Please keep your clothes in drawers/closets, your bed made and the room tidy each day. If you have snacks in your room, please be sure to empty your garbage can. 8.
