This home is a large flat 1550 sq ft in the central sunset neighborhood near public transit. I keep my home well stocked with all that it needs especially fresh fruits and vegetables. I do event/design work and work from home some of the time. I enjoy cooking, yoga, films and talking walks around SF. You will have one bedroom and use of the bathroom, living & dining rooms, laundry room. There is are two toilets, with a shared bath and sink, we also have a washer and dryer in our flat. this is a quiet neighborhood without neighbors above or below you which makes it ideal for people who want to be in the city yet want some peaceful energy. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room) with Shared bathroom This room is a pleasant, open spacious room about 16" x 14" with a desk, chair, keyboard, dresser and some book, that gets natural light with two windows with views to the backyard. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Guest bedroom/dining room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: We take off our shoes at entrance. Respect each others privacy. Practice clear communication and enjoy this spacious, wonderful home. Please no drugs, limit alcohol to two drinks a day. Quiet after 9pm.
