We're an eco-friendly family who loves meeting new people. We have a 4 bedroom house very centrally located in San Diego. The room we are listing is part of a 2nd floor oasis with a private balcony, private bathroom, separate kitchen and separate living room.

- No smoking on the property, if you must smoke please walk outside to the sidewalk.
- No parties or loud music past 9pm.
- Payment for booking of the room should be made via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo prior to stay, or cash on arrival.
- You have the option to leave your private spaces clean upon departure or opt for housecleaning at an additional charge ($100).
