Cozy Sustainable Casita

Hello and thank you for looking at our cozy little casita. This isn't your typical "room for rent". It's your own little place that has a shower, toilet, and a little kitchen area. A great view of the pool is yours and if you'd prefer to cook in the house, just let us know. We have laundry available in the house as well. The Queen of the House is Bea and she is an Interpreter at the Federal Court downtown. She is from Veracruz Mexico and loves Salsa dancing, Cooking and life! Jim is from Canada, used to be in the Marines and built the casita. He loves watching Bea dance, comedy and playing tennis with some hockey. We have a Red Heeler who is very social and loves belly rubs. You don't have to give them, but he will ask. He doesn't bark unless he is letting us know there is someone in the alley or a delivery guy is near. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Casita with Kitchenette) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: The casita is in the backyard with private access by a gate. We invite guests to use the laundry and kitchen if the kitchenette doesn't meet their needs. There is no smoking anywhere on the property and no overnight guests. Use of the pool is encouraged. No sunscreen or cosmetics should be used while in the pool. It is a fresh water pool so it has a delicate PH balance that takes a lot of work to avoid using harsh chemicals. This is a sustainable casita and is made for use by one person as it has limitations.
