Oak Park Arts District Homestay

Our large bright and cozy home is located near the Arts District in Oak Park. You will be sharing our home with our family and if you venture outside you can meet our hens. The main floor bedroom has access to kitchen, laundry, a full bathroom and family room areas. Second floor bedroom is just as cozy with access to upstairs media room and full bath as main floor amenities. Downstairs, you can relax in your own private retreat should you choose. The garden studio has double sofa beds, queen bed, couch, tv, bathroom, full-kitchen and laundry. Guests from around the world have stayed and shared experiences with us we hope you can too. This is a five bedroom home with plenty of room to relax, socialize and even enjoy the outdoors. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Garden Studio) with Private bathroom Private large bright fully furnished 1480 sq ft garden studio apartment. Two bedrooms feature double sofa beds, queen bed, couch, full eat-in kitchen and in-unit laundry. Conveniences include tv, smartdvd player, portable a/c, fan and radio for your stay. Capacity: 5 Rates: 475.00 Weekly / 1675.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Main Floor Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Large bright main floor bedroom has a double bed, ample desk space, wardrobe, fan and radio for your enjoyment. Capacity: 2 Rates: 465.00 Weekly / 1280.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (2nd Floor Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Large bright second floor bedroom has a double bed, ample desk space, ceiling fan, nightstand, drawers and access to family/recreation room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 395.00 Weekly / 1080.00 Monthly House Rules: We do ask that you please do not wear any shoes inside the house and please do not smoke. Weekday Quiet hours are 10 PM – 6 AM. Weekends 12 - 6 AM. Please refrain from loud noises or music during that time. Please limit showers to no more than 20 minutes. Should you experience loss of water pressure, please be patient as it will return after a few moments. Prices set for single or double occupancy. For Guests +2; Please add $25 per person/per night. This will be added and confirmed prior to booking. For longer stays (1 week or more) - we ask to clean at least once a week and vacuum 2 or more times per week. If you prefer to clean yourself, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide the supplies. Additional Info: This is a 4 bedroom with garden studio.
