Furnished Room and shared space

Our bedroom has queen size bed and hardwood floor. You shared bathroom, living room, dining area with me and other guests You can work mobile from privacy of your room. There a cleaning fee $250.00 after each stay. Wi-Fi access is fee $20.00. For extended stay there is cleaning fee and Wi-Fi access fee. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Beige Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Grey Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room with Private Bathroom ) with Private bathroom Private Entrance and Bathroom NOT SHARED Electric fee based on usage. Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: NO Smoking, No Vaporing, No E-cigarettes. No hookah inside the home. No Pets of any kind inside the home. Please clean up after yourself after using bathroom and kitchen area. Please no strangers in home without first asking. Please no guest should be staying in the room when you leave the home. Please respect our home and feel comfortable during your stay. No loud music or television sounds of any kind during course of your stay. Please respect other guest personal space and privacy. Please don’t put anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet. Please don’t tamper with smoke alarm during your stay. No violence of any kind would be tolerated.
