Daytime guests allowed only with prior notice; no overnight stays. 3. Kitchen & Common Areas ? Clean dishes/appliances after use. ? Label personal food; shared items must be agreed upon. 4. Bathroom Etiquette ? Limit showers to reasonable durations (10–15 minutes) during peak hours. ? Clean the shower/sink/toilet after use. 5. Parking ? Assigned space only; no unauthorized vehicles. 6.
