Find your peace in my townhone

I rent out 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in my 3-bedroom townhome. My home is located in a gated community near The Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, and SoFi Stadium. The community is large; I workout by walking the grounds. There is also a pool and Jacuzzi on site. NOTE: Due to allergies, I am not able to host the following Assistance Animals: cats, dogs, horses. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Tenant Bedroon) with Private bathroom This is a medium-sized room on the second floor with a queen bed. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly House Rules: No pets or smoking. I do allow overnight visitors (no more than two consecutive weeks during the rental period).
