Cozy room in an upscale home

Great ,room en-suite and queen sized bed. It is upstairs with 3 windows, 2 w/blackout curtains, fully furnished. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upstairs Bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 560.00 Weekly / 2400.00 Monthly House Rules: There are two other residents (male) in the household. Consideration of the other residents is paramount. We all have different schedules and coming and going at all hours. Use of the kitchen and laundry room is included, but please be aware of others in the house when cooking or doing laundry. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Engage the alarm system when leaving and when re-entering. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Please keep quiet after 10-12 pm most days.
