Single Room (Single Bed w/ Plenty of Sun!) with Shared bathroom Extremely comfortable bedroom with large window and hardwood floors. Has a bathroom that's shared with host. Desk lamp, dresser, and walk-in closet. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single Bed w/ Private Bathroom) with Private bathroom Brand new curtains, paint, and hardwood floors. There is an additional mattress underneath the bed that can be pulled out and turned into another bed. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: No real rules, just respect the property and clean your dirty dishes.
