Apartment has a bathroom exclusive to you only Eat-in kitchen Seperate entrance from house Capacity: 1 Rates: 790.00 Weekly / 3000.00 Monthly House Rules: No Smoking, No eating in the bedroom. No Loud Music, No Loud Noise. Garbage must be placed in outside bins 2-3 times a week or more, not left for days in kitchen for many days. Lights in kitchen must be turned off after you are finished with the kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet atmosphere conducive to Thinking, Writing and Studying. Please do not invite anyone into our home for overnight stay (s). Absolutely No Parties! if you use the kitchen/bathroom/living space you must clean up after yourself when you are finished. All of the cleaning products and material will be provided. The Apartment’s quiet hours are from 11pm to 6am. The space is not suitable for children. We do not allow parties in the home. Pets are not allowed. No illegal substances are allowed. No food or drinks in the bedroom. No candles or other open flames. Please take off your shoes when inside the home. Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night. Only Registered guests are allowed to stay. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you checkout of the property. Please only throw toilet paper or the flushable wipes provided in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
