I want to introduce you to a very friendly, sociable, accommodating Caribbean Host. My name is Shirley and am looking forward to hosting travelers who are looking for a home away from home atmosphere. My multifamily property is located in the family oriented, diverse neighborhood of Canarsie in Brooklyn, New York. I share this property with my fiance' Winston who like me is a new retiree and are enjoying our new life. The Homestay Rental is a fully furnished walk in apartment with a separate secured entrance. The property is well lit with sensor lights and security cameras. The apartment is equipped with entrance door ring bell camera, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, each bedroom has a Queen sized bed that can sleep up to two people comfortably. There are private closets and storage space in each room. The full size bathroom has a rain shower with a tub, hand held hair dryer, towels and toiletries. There is also a fully equip kitchen with appliances, cutleries, dishes, pots and pans, and a sitting and dinning area. In the kitchen you will find containers with a variety of teas, coffee, snacks, and condiments. Each room is private and has a work station, WIFI, Internet, Smart TV and amenities to make the guest stay as comfortable as possible. There is also an Accent chair in each room for you to put up your feet and relax after a long hectic day. This neighborhood is teeming with diverse cultural experiences form shopping to restaurants. We are walking distance from public transportation such as train lines and buses. By train Manhattan is 30 minutes away. The two major airports are also close. JFK is 15 minutes by car and LaGuardia is 30 minutes away. There is so much to see and do in Brooklyn. Double Room (Room 2) with Private bathroom This room is also fully furnished with a Queen sized bed for 1 person or a couple. It located on the first floor and has a view of the back yard. The room has all the amenities listed and has darkening window shades.
