One furnished bedroom on the top floor of a brownstone. Quiet and private. Shared bathrooms. Dog and cat in the house. Near subways, parks, museums, banks and restaurants. Tree-lined block. A few details that are important: Please, no guests. We are a "shoe-free" home so, if possible, bring slippers. The kitchen is available but not for full cooking; sorry. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Top floor - large bedroom) with Shared bathroom The top floor bedroom is very private, quiet, clean, and lovely. There is a large bed with linens, a desk and lamp, a dresser, a closet and a nightstand. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. The top floor is private but is part of the home. Guests are expected to be quiet and respectful. 2. No visitors and no overnight friends. 3. We have a shoes- off policy. 4. There is a large very friendly dog and cat living among us. 5.
