A great spot in beautiful Clinton Hill, one minute walk to the subway, quick ride to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn. Next to restaurants, cafes, bars and groceries and near a weekend farmer's market with fresh veggies, flowers, and treats along the park. It has high ceilings, a brightly sunlit living room, and is on a tree-lined block. Share with a lefty female filmmaker/writer who gardens and goes to see music. Please inquire before booking. Single Room (Guest Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: I prioritize booking requests that start on or near the 1st of the month and run for a full month or full months. I very occasionally petsit so that could come up. The kitchen is vegetarian in regards to cooking, but you can store, eat, and microwave (in separate dishes) whatever you want. In general it's very peaceful here, please just practice normal roommate etiquette with noise and cleaning up after oneself. Don’t leave dishes in the sink, wipe down surfaces if you make them dirty, etc - you’re like a roommate while here. I prefer a 50% deposit for the first month at booking and the balance upon arrival.
