Close to all major universities

I have 3 children and a grandson. My youngest is a boy, sophmore at Boston College, living on campus. My middle daughter is a junior at Boston College living at home. My oldest daughter and her 10 yr old son recently moved back home. Our home is a large 3 story Victorian home. We have 5 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths kitchen, family room, living room and dining rm. Laundry is in the basement. We also have a large deck and back yard. We are a very close small family. We have been hosting students sine 2005. Myself and my children love the experience. And of course we have wifi Room(s): 1. Double Room (Suite) with Private bathroom This room has a king size bed, a TV and a sitting area. Also private bathroom. It is on the third floor with a nice view. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the home. Back deck is fine. No guest that weren't in original booking. Amenities: TV, Patio, Barbecue, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Gym, Library, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Museum, Restaurant, Local Train Station, Airport
