We live on a quiet road in famous city, east of Los Angeles city and not far from the coast, about 40 minutes. There are four bedrooms in total, every bed room has at least one window, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, cozy family room and a large kitchen with dining area beside it. A nice bright backyard, that is perfect for bar-b-ques in the summer time. I love cooking, baking so you can enjoy some homemade tasty treats from time to time! There are many tasty restaurants in walking distance, so are American and Asian markets, gym, bakeries, shopping mall, movie theater etc. Local transportation for city residents with a low cost to go around town. Walking distance to elementary school, high school, less than 6 miles to city college. Easy access to public transportation. We have a small friendly 5 lb. maltese and plenty of hospitality to share with you! Speak fluently Mandarin, English, Taiwanese and some Cantonese. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Master bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom The room is a large room for up to 2 person or a couple. Its on the ground floor, east facing, with a grew view of the backyard. Bathroom in the room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1950.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Single room) with Shared bathroom Its a one full (bottom) and one twin (top) bunk bed room. Share bathroom with other guests to the family, which is rarely. 80% are private bath. Capacity: 2 Rates: 440.00 Weekly / 1750.00 Monthly House Rules: No guest stay overnight; Visitors need to inform 2 days ahead of time; Keep room clean and clean own dishes if cooking on their own; Do laundry on the day when no one is use. Keep washer door open to dry after use. You can smoke in the backyard but not in the house.
