The property is completely renovated and the rooms are fully furnished, with a double bed ( the bed opens for double bed ) and quality mattress. The room has lots of natural light and is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove. Expenses up to €30 per person included. Cleaning included We accept groups of four or five elements. How does our Reservation Process work: Once you've booked your room, you'll receive an email from our team confirming your reservation. This email will include detailed instructions on the next steps. Shortly after, you'll receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to finalize your contract. Once the documents are submitted and the contract is signed, your reservation process moves forward. Prior to the start of your reservation, you'll be invited to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit and entry fee (when aplicable). This ensures everything is in place for your upcoming stay. Check-In Details: Our check-in times are From Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
