Cozy Room in the Heart of Lisbon

Experience the allure of staying in the most traditional bairro of the city, in a typical Villa Portuguesa, right in the heart of Lisbon. My apartment is just 2 minutes from Martim Moniz (green metro line, famous tram n 28) and 5 minutes from Graça. You'll enjoy a single room in a cozy space shared only with me, furnished with anything you need. Room(s): 1. Single Room (The Peaceful Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly House Rules: Check-in / Check-out: I am flexible on check-in is and check-out time. Please let me know your expected arrival/departure time in advance. Housekeeping: Please keep the room tidy and respect the space. Feel free to use the shared areas, but leave them as you found them. Towels and bed linens are provided. If you need fresh ones, just let me know. Guests: The room is for your use only. Visitors are not allowed. Smoking: My home is non-smoking. Please smoke only in the outdoor area (courtyard). Pets: Unfortunately my house can't accommodate pets. Kitchen and Shared Areas: You are welcome to use the kitchen and living areas. Please clean up after yourself and leave the spaces as you found them. Please take care when using kitchen items, such as pots, pans, and utensils. Avoid scratching or damaging them by using appropriate tools (e.g., wooden or silicone utensils). If you’re unsure about any items, feel free to ask, and I’ll be happy to guide you. Respect for the Neighborhood: Mouraria is a peaceful area with local residents. Please be respectful of their privacy and be mindful of noise, especially at night. Quiet hours are appreciated from 22:00 to 09:00. Safety: Always lock the house door when you leave the house, and after 8pm the gate should also be locked.
