Located on the 1st floor of a renovated building without elevator this 90 sqm apartment has a nice terrace to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a mirror, a closet and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can access the terrace from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your meals and has a high table with 3 chairs in case you want to eat in the kitchen. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. The living room is very spacious and has a big dining table with 6 chairs in case you want to invite some friends over or even put up a workspace, a sofa bed for one, cable tv and a lounge chair the perfect place to read a book or research about places to visit. You have two big windows that are actually small typical balconies that let the light in. The apartment has Wi-Fi access throughout and portable heaters for winter. In case you are traveling by car you have a public (paid) parking a few meters from the apartment. Be aware that parking on the street is also paid and most places are only for residents. OTHER INFORMATION: - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM. Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in. How to arrive at the property: 1) Hassle free: Private shuttle service. Prices for 1-3 people: 25€ (one way) or 45€ (roundtrip). Prices for 4-8 people: 35€ (one way) or 65€ (roundtrip). 2) Simple and fast: Take a taxi (from Lisbon airport) and go directly to the property. It will take approximately 15min (depending on traffic of course). Price: ( /-) 15€. 3) Cheapest: a) Metro: get off at Rato Metro Station and then walk 800m until the apartment. Price: 1.75€ per person. b) Aerobus: (from Lisbon airport) get off at Saldanha and then take the 727 BUS to Rua de São Bento and then walk 100m until the apartment. Total cost: 5.45€per person. Guests will have access to the entire property and the terrace. Someone will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. - To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
