The apartment features a cozy bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, providing extra sleeping space for additional guests. The one bathroom is chic and functional in design, providing the perfect space to get ready for a day of exploring. The open plan living room and kitchen area is the heart of Gias, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The dining table provides a cozy spot for enjoying meals, and the dedicated workstation allows you to catch up on work or stay connected during your stay. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals with ease. For your convenience, this apartment also offers a parking space, allowing you to easily explore the city and its surroundings. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and split heating, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
