I live with my cat Lillie and haven’t hosted anyone since before covid. I am about 30 minutes away from the capital city. I have 3 bedrooms and renting out one room. My home is open plan. You have your own bathroom . I have 2 children 4 grand children and 4 step grand children and 3 great grand children. Like to do lots of family get together specially in summer. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (sunny foom) with Shared bathroom This is a double room for 1 person or for a couple. It is on the ground floor facing North. A few of the garden is just out the window. The bathroom and toilet are seperate and shared by everyone. $40 for 1 person per night $70 for 2 people per night Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Looks out onto the street) with Shared bathroom This is a single room and has bunks. 1 person $40 per night 2 people $70 per night The double bedrooms 2 people $70 1 person $40 Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Have respect for your host and other people in the house If you want to use anything please ask Feel free to use the kitchen and clean up after yourself eg. Bench tops and stove and dishes NO eating of meals in your room Feel free to cook me a meal sometime Keep the home secure when leaving and entering. The house is alarmed and if you set alarm off and security is called out there will be a charge of $80 Please do not bring strangers into the house If you break anything please let me know You are given a key to the door if you loose it you replace it NO smoking in the house - is allowed out side. Don't leave your butts on the ground. There is an ash tray to use Parking is on the street.
