Single Room close to river

The room is in a family home, with lovely gardens. The river is a street over, close to Upper Hutt's Brewtown (15min drive). Close to public transport (Train 5 min walk, and bus 5 min walk also). Alot of on street parking. House is owned by a Mum and dad, we have a boarder and an 18 year old son who lives out in a cabin out the back. Room has a large desk in along with TV, google chrome cast and a set of drawers. House is close to Walter Nash stadium also. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Spare Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: No parties, or late night cooking / noises (after 10.30 pm) . The room only has a single bed in it so limit to single person only. Strictly no smoking or vaping in the room Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Beach, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
