Warm double bedroom in a home

Enjoy a warm double bedroom in our home conveniently located in a residential area with 15 min drive to the Christchurch CBD, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the airport and 3 minutes walk to a beautiful park and lake! Your room has everything you need with sole use of the main bathroom and a toilet. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen/dining/lounge as you like. The house is shared with my family of 3 including a toddler Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom You will have access to your room with a private bathroom and a private toilet which are down the shared hallway . You are also welcome to use the kitchen, lounge and dining area. We are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Guests need to make sure they turn the light , fan and heaters off after each use. It is not ideal having them going whole night/day as it may cause over heating .
