Me, my husband, and our children, ages 5 and 1. We are a family of four. It is an old Japanese house. We will rent out the entire second floor. The room has a nice view. We are currently building a guesthouse next to our house. I can only speak Japanese. My husband can speak a little English. We welcome anyone who enjoys spending time with children. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Second floor room) with Shared bathroom This room is a large Japanese-style room with a toilet. Capacity: 4 Rates: 33000 Weekly / 140000 Monthly House Rules: 1. Payment The full amount of your stay is payable in cash upon arrival. 2. Basic Principles We welcome you as a member of our family. Let's respect each other and cooperate to ensure a pleasant stay. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any problems or questions. We welcome those who love children and those who wish to stay with children. 3. Notes We have two cats. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain from staying with us. 4. Safety Interaction with Cats: Cats are important members of our family. Please treat them gently. Quiet at Night: Please keep quiet after 9 p.m. In Case of Emergency: Emergency contact information is posted on the bulletin board by the entrance. 5. Meals Breakfast: Breakfast is provided with the family. Lunch and Dinner: Feel free to use the kitchen for self-catering. You are welcome to use the shared seasonings. Please provide your own food. After use, please clean and put away the dishes and cooking utensils. Other: Please respect the family's lifestyle, such as meal times. 6. Living Bath: Please take turns using the bath. Garbage: Please follow the designated location for garbage separation. Going Out: Please let us know when you go out.
