A 40 metri dal residence vi è un bar sempre aperto, a 200 metri dal residence vi sono ristoranti, bar e supermercati, a 400 metri ( 8 minuti a piedi) si trova la fermata Metropolitana Cornelia Linea A, in 16 minuti di metro si arriva nel cuore di Roma a Piazza di Spagna. Situato in un oasi di pace nel verde, ma comunque centrale, nel residence è presente una sala colazioni aperta sino alle 09,30 dove è possibile consumare la colazione sia italiana che continentale a buffet (servizio a pagamento). L' ingresso in piscina è a pagamento aperta nei mesi estivi (da giugno a fine agosto).
