Ogni appartamento ha tra le proprie dotazioni il portoncino blindato, un angolo cottura completo, una zona giorno trasformabile in zona letto, un'area studio. Alcuni locali sono dotati di balconcino indipendente direttamente affacciato sul verde del campus. La struttura, grazie alla sua posizione e al design moderno e accogliente, riesce a soddisfare sia le esigenze di studenti per soggiorni medio-lunghi che vogliono un ambiente tranquillo e ospitale facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada in auto o a pochi passi dalle principali linee BUS da e verso il centro di Parma.
