La cucinacondivisa soltanto con la proprietaria a disposizione per preparare i pasti. Non vi saranno altri ospiti. L' appartamento in totale è di circa 90 metri e all'ospite è dedicato uno spazio esclusivo di circa 40 metri. La proprietaria ha una cagnolina maltese ben educata di 5 anni. La proprietaria accetta solamente donne lavoratrici o studentesse fuori casa (no smartworking). Sono incluse tutte le spese: internet super veloce, riscaldamento o aria condizionata, spese condominiali, luce elettrica e gas. La pulizia della camera e dello spazio esclusivo per l' ospite sarà a cura dell' ospite. Fabulous location overlooking Sempione park!! The kitchen is shared only with the owner available to prepare meals. There will be no other guests. The apartment is approximately 90 meters in total and an exclusive space of approximately 40 meters is dedicated to the guest. The owner has a well-behaved 5 year old Maltese dog. The owner only accepts working women or students away from home (no smartworking). All expenses are included: super-fast internet, heating or air conditioning, condominium fees, electricity and gas. The cleaning of the room and the exclusive space for the guest will be the guest's responsibility.
