Renovated apartment very cozy. Location only a few minutes from the center. A private island green in the city, thanks to its garden, ideal for those who have a dog or not need a car. Furnished with care and love ... be my guest :-) I live upstairs and the house will be my concern to offer a small breakfast at my guest Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Room with single or double bed) with Private bathroom  the bed can be double or twin beds 200x200 100x200 Room adjacent to a small sitting area with an additional sofa bed. Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly House Rules: A CASA MIA I'd like that my guests would comply with the following rules: 1) In the house it is no smoking, but you can do it on the balcony or in the garden. 2) They are allowed only small, medium and large size, but remember that the beds and sofa are not a kennel. I ask you also to collect their needs in the garden 3) does not include cleaning the dishes used, you have to wash them and rimmetterle right. 4) In Milan it makes the collection, therefore we kindly ask you to pay attention to separate waste by using the containers provided. 5) Although you have available the garden, you are not allowed to organize parties or events of any kind. 6) the check-in and check-out times are flexible if there are no other guests the night before or after. 7) the apartment must be left in the same condition that it was found, subject to the normal condition of use and cleaning.  If you arrive and find something broken or not suitable, please inform me immediately so I can resolve the issue immediately. Items missing, damaged or broken will be charged to the guest. 8) You will have a set of keys, please do not give the keys to any other person.
