IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year. The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it.
