In meno di 15 minuti è possibile raggiungere in metropolitana sia il Duomo e il centro di Milano che l'aeroporto di Linate.L’appartamento, ristrutturato di recente, si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina in stile liberty provvista di ascensore e videocitofono.L'ambiente è spazioso e confortevole, adatto sia a un viaggio di piacere che a un soggiorno business.L'abitazione comprende un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con cucina a vista, completa di tutte le stoviglie necessarie e dei principali elettrodomestici, tra i quali forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero-freezer.La zona notte è composta da 2 camere con 2 letti matrimoniali, che possono dunque ospitare fino a 4 persone.Vi sono poi 2 bagni, entrambi dotati di box doccia, lavandino, WC e bidet.La casa è riservata ai non fumatori ed è dotata di un rilevatore di gas. L'appartamento è inoltre munito di impianto di aria condizionata, lavasciuga, Wi-Fi e di una Smart TV di ultima generazione.La zona è servita da molti mezzi pubblici: fermata M4 Susa (metro blu) a 300mt, stazione Dateo passante ferroviario a 500mt e numerose linee tram e autobus altrettanto vicine.Qualsiasi sia la ragione che vi porta a soggiornare a Milano, ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente funzionale e confortevole. It takes less than 15 minutes to reach the Duomo and Linate airport by subway.Sidoli 20 is a spacious and comfortable apartment, suitable for both leisure trips and business stays. The flat, recently renovated, is located on the second floor of a Liberty style building with a lift and video intercom.The house includes a large and bright living room with an open kitchen, complete with all the necessary dishes and the main appliances, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, which can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. There are also 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a gas detector, a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Please note that the house is reserved for non-smokers.The area is served by many public transports: M4 Susa stop (blue metro line) 300 meters away, Dateo railway station 500 meters away and several tram and bus lines equally close by. Whatever the reason that brings you to stay in Milan, every detail has been designed to welcome you in a functional and comfortable environment. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
