The unique pieces of modern art decorate a refined but at the same time minimalistic space with a high and bright ceiling and nuances of exquisite finesse and class. The loft, located on the first floor of a building designed by Giuseppe Tortato, an architect very active in Milan who signed innovative projects, creates an imposing and solemn environment and shows the typical features of an industrial space: industrial brick walls filled with perfectly insulating soundproofing, exposed conduit metal pipes, 5-meter ceilings, double tempered stained glass windows. The neo-brutalist interior is inspired by the famous Pierre Chareau's "Maison de Verre”. One wall of the living room is a whole stained glass window revealing the skyline and some beautiful gardens.  The space concept offers extreme comfort to practice all the most pleasant domestic activities: listening to classical music vinyls directly from the unique hi-fi audio system created by skilled Italian artesans (Sonus Faber “Guarneri” speakers from 1994), reading books and design, lifestyle and history magazines and searching the beauty in front of a picture - such as Gabriele Basilico's famous “Beirut” from a 1991reportage in Lebanon that depicts one of the city’s bombed corner. The solid oak bookcase, hung on the wall like a picture, is a creation by the artist cabinetmaker Giuseppe Amato and gives a warm effect to the living room - as well as being a cultural inspiration. In fact all the design and art pieces almost make the apartment as an interactive museum. On the floor is another homage to Chareau, the natural rubber stamps in sand color. The sliding doors are made of industrial aluminum. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a television and a bathroom with a big shower. On the upper floor, reachable through an imposing iron staircase, there is the master bedroom with an upholstered queen size bed and a cozy reading corner with a classic19th century burgundy leather armchair. The ensuite bathroom lounge is divided into two areas: one with a large built-in bathtub and shower head and the second one with the sanitary ware. Both are full of natural light for the glass-concrete wall and opening window. The building is a unique two-story architecture of wood, metal and concrete with stairs, elevator and a well-kept lawn green garden and blue hydrangea. Clean and reassuring. Il loft, situato al primo piano di un edificio progettato da Giuseppe Tortato, architetto molto attivo a Milano che ha firmato progetti innovativi, crea un ambiente imponente e solenne e presenta le caratteristiche tipiche di uno spazio industriale: pareti in mattoni industriali riempite di materiale fonoassorbente perfettamente isolante, tubi metallici a vista, soffitti di 5 metri, doppie vetrate temperate. Gli interni neobrutalisti si ispirano alla famosa "Maison de Verre" di Pierre Chareau. Una parete del soggiorno è un'intera vetrata che rivela lo skyline e alcuni splendidi giardini. Il concetto di spazio offre un comfort estremo per praticare tutte le attività domestiche più piacevoli: ascoltare i vinili di musica classica direttamente dall'esclusivo impianto audio hi-fi creato da abili artigiani italiani (diffusori Sonus Faber "Guarneri" del 1994), leggere libri e riviste di design, lifestyle e storia e ricercare la bellezza davanti a un quadro - come il famoso "Beirut" di Gabriele Basilico, tratto da un reportage del 1991 in Libano, che ritrae uno degli angoli bombardati della città. La libreria in rovere massiccio, appesa alla parete come un quadro, è una creazione dell'artista ebanista Giuseppe Amato e conferisce un effetto caldo al soggiorno, oltre a essere un'ispirazione culturale. Infatti, tutti i pezzi di design e d'arte rendono l'appartamento quasi un museo interattivo. Sul pavimento si trova un altro omaggio a Chareau, i timbri in gomma naturale color sabbia. Le porte scorrevoli sono in alluminio industriale. Al piano inferiore si trovano una cucina completamente attrezzata, una camera da letto con televisore e un bagno con una grande doccia. Al piano superiore, raggiungibile attraverso un'imponente scala in ferro, si trova la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale imbottito e un accogliente angolo lettura con una classica poltrona in pelle bordeaux del XIX secolo. Il salone del bagno privato è diviso in due aree: una con una grande vasca da bagno e soffione incorporato e la seconda con i sanitari. Entrambi sono ricchi di luce naturale grazie alla parete in vetrocemento e alla finestra apribile. L'edificio è un'architettura unica a due piani in legno, metallo e cemento con scale, ascensore e un curatissimo giardino con prato verde e ortensie blu. Pulito e rassicurante.
