La zona notte è composta da 2 camere con 1 matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo. L'appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi, televisione, linea cortesia, lavatrice, asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro. L'appartamento dispone inoltre di un parcheggio privato su richiesta. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. [ENG] Three-room apartment on the first floor, comfortable and bright, well connected to the center of Milan and the main tourist attractions via the metro (Pasteur stop) easily reachable on foot. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, courtesy line, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment also has private parking on request. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care, you are welcome! RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
