Poma 61 S3 enjoys a strategic location . The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 2 people.Poma 61 S3 also offers: television. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan:  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th 2025 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.  The check out between 3rd April and 13th April 2025 included is not allowed. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
