The heart of the house is the large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, ideal for preparing tasty dishes. Equipped with an oven, washing machine and all the necessary appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two bedrooms are furnished with everything you need and equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The interior spaces are completed by a functional bathroom, complete with shower and bidet, to satisfy your every need. A real strong point of the apartment is the presence of two private courtyards, accessible directly from the inside. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
