This is a large and welcoming house ideal for a family or a group of students. The apartment is located in Via Porta Rossa, a stone's throw from Via Tornabuoni, the street of luxury and shopping, in a very beautiful area of the historic center of Florence. This large house, about 100 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a large and bright living room, kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower. Able to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests this beautiful house is equipped with everything needed for cooking (oven, stove, microwave ...) and many comforts that will make your stay here very pleasant (there are air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet). Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
