La Mansarda è caratterizzata da soffitti in legno a vista e da una spaziosa terrazza con vista parco dove potrete trascorrere piacevoli serate passeggiando all'aria aperta.L'appartamento dispone di 3 spaziose camere da letto: la prima con letto matrimoniale, la seconda con due letti singoli (che eventualmente possono diventare un matrimoniale) e la terza con un letto singolo; dimostrandosi così l'ideale per famiglie con bambini o per un gruppo di amici. Sono presenti inoltre due bagni, uno con doccia e uno vasca e un luminoso soggiorno dove potersi rilassare. La cucina è completa di tutti i comfort di cui gli ospiti potrebbero aver bisogno durante il loro soggiorno. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Sottolineiamo anche la presenza di un parcheggio privato presso la proprietà, ottimo valore aggiunto tenendo conto che Como è una città con pochissimi parcheggi, e tutti a pagamento.La Mansarda si trova in una zona strategica vicino al parco pubblico di Como, un'enorme area verde che abbraccia la sponda orientale del Lago di Como. A pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento si trova anche il Tempio Voltiano, museo dedicato ad Alessandro Volta, l'inventore della batteria elettrica. Questo appartamento è anche vicino alla fermata dei traghetti, al centro città e alla stazione ferroviaria di Como San Giovanni. La Mansarda is characterized by exposed wooden ceilings and a spacious terrace overlooking the park where you can spend pleasant evenings walking in the open air.The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds (which can eventually become a double) and the third with a single bed; thus proving ideal for families with children or a group of friends. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a bright living room where you can relax. The kitchen is complete with all the comfort guests may need during their stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. We also underline the presence of a private car park at the property, excellent added value taking into account that Como is a city with very few car parks, and all of them are paid.La Mansarda is located in a strategic area near Como public park, a huge green area that embraces the eastern shore of Lake Como. A few minutes by foot from the apartment, you can also find Tempio Voltiano, a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta, the inventor of the electric battery. This apartment is also close to the ferry docks, the city centre and Como San Giovanni train station. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan:  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th 2025 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.  The check out between 3rd April and 13th April 2025 included is not allowed. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
