Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, hidden art objects in the bedroom and wooden ceiling will make you fall in love with this special property. Shades of Como also boasts a very spacious balcony where you can spend your holidays after a day spent exploring the city.The air conditioning is only in the bedroom!The building is located in one of the most picturesque square in Como city center: Piazza Volta. You will find various wine or cocktail bars and restaurants just downstairs since you will stay in the heart of the city. But do not worry: you would not be disturbed with the street noise as all windows overlooks the internal yard and it’s super quiet. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
