Nice apartment located in the historic center of Bologna in the university area, convenient to reach all the main city attractions on foot. Equipped with a double futon bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed for one and a half, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. Equipped with equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, towels and bed linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
