Bright and modern apartment on the ground floor of a nice building in the Saragozza district, a few minutes from the historic center of Bologna. The apartment, with fresh and comfortable furnishings, consists of a living area with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities, a dining table and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and large closet, and one with a single bed and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. *Please note that, for the 3rd, 4th and 5th guest, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies.
