L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola. Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 300-400€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi.
