Union State student accommodation provide high quality, self contained flats for both under graduate and post graduate students. We provide 3 and 4 bedroom flats, with the option of mixed or same gender occupants. Each flat contains 1 deluxe room priced at £130 per week and 2 or 3 semi deluxe rooms priced at £126 per week. We also have 1 single room available for £121 per week. Prices include utility bills and an inclusive Wi-Fi package. All bedrooms contain en-suite shower rooms and each flat shares a partially furnished communal kitchen and living area. Contracts commence on the 10th of September 2016 and terminate on July 8th 2017. We are required to take a £200 deposit upon booking to secure your room. This deposit will then be deducted from your rent. We also offer 51 week contracts at a reduced weekly cost.
