Novelty Prison Bed in Studio Room

I am an Artist who lives alone and works from home. My background is in Graphics and Animation, however, I now work across many media, from painting and illustration through to digital work and ceramics. I have a small ceramics studio in my conservatory which I can occasionally give paid 121 lessons to individuals. I am a keen environmentalist and attempt to keep a low carbon footprint house! I cycle everywhere and have a number of bicycles, some of which I am happy for guests to use. My work is a vocation, so takes up most of my time. However, I do enjoy a long cycle ride, sometimes for short vacations, and have an amateur passion for fossil hunting. I have been renting on Airbnb since 2021, and have many happy guests and friendly reviews. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Novelty Prison Bed in Studio Room) with Shared bathroom The Novelty Prison Bed is a legacy of Holloway Prison closed in 2016. The bed has a custom made super cosy sprung matress, despite being only 70 cm wide! It is the middle room upstairs and has views of the garden. Capacity: 1 Rates: 357.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: • No smoking in the house. Smoking outside in the garden (you can stand in the doorway of the conservatory if it is raining!) • Shoes off upstairs please! • No overnight guests or pets • Keys live on the kitchen wall, this shows when guests and host are in or out, and prevents guests accidentally leaving with keys! • I have a keysafe for emergencies and guests who arrive when I am out • I have no shower curtain, its nicer to shower without a plastic curtain I have been showering without it for decades! Aim the shower head at yourself and try not to flood the bathroom! Please mop up excess water if you do! • There are towels on the ladder in the bathroom for guests to use. • The light for the bathroom is on a string behind the door. • Please ensure all lights are off when not in use - Thank you! • Guest may use kitchen facitities; Washing Machine (There is a ceiling rack for drying clothes), induction hob, combi-oven (microwave, oven, air fryer). • The house hairdryer lives in the living room if you need to.use it.
