Welcome to north London! This is a flatshare. Jane and myself live here. We are at treetop height, there is a lift. Jane works, I am retired, so I am the host. My flat is 6 minutes walk from Manor House, (Piccadilly Line), station; a 12 minute ride to Kings Cross/St Pancras. Recently decorated, superior double room with view over north London. Shared facilities. Plus dining room/study and balcony/garden, with table and chairs. Self service breakfast included. Help yourself to cereal, toast, butter, jam, marmalade and juice; plus tea, or coffee, each morning of your stay. 25% to secure the booking and the balance payable at check-in. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Superior, double bed room, with view.) with Shared bathroom Bright, double bed room, with plenty of storage space, including built-in wardrobe. King size, (American queen size), double bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, 100% cotton duvet cover and pillowcases. Capacity: 2 Rates: 204.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Key deposit £50, or 60€, or $60USD, refunded in full when you return the keys. Check in 14:00 (2pm), until 22:00 (10pm). Please arrive for check in by 10pm. Check out 12:00 (12 noon). Quiet hours are 23:00 (11pm), until 07:00 (7am). No sleepovers. No smoking or vaping, but guests can smoke on the balcony.
