Friendly warm home near Wimbledon

I live in a lovely house in Morden. We are near to lots of green spaces and a swimming pool. Access to buses and trains. Near to Morden Northern Line and Raynes Park Rail Station. Easy access to Waterloo and all the sites in London. I have a beautiful 12 year old black cockapoo dog called Ellie. She is fun and very well behaved. The single and double bedrooms and twin bedroom are newly decorated and furnished. The garden is pretty for relaxing in. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Front Bedroom Large Bay Window) with Shared bathroom Pretty sunny front double bedroom. Newly decorated and furnished. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Front Single Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Pretty single room to the front of the house. Newly decorated and furnished. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 3. Double Room (Ground floor twin/double bedsitting room with ensuite wet room) with Ensuite bathroom Ground floor room with twin beds. En-suite wet room. TV and leather arm chairs to relax in. Capacity: 2 Rates: 490.00 Weekly / 2100.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. If you use the garden please also check that the garden patio door is locked when you come in. Be mindful that I have a little dog when coming and going. If staying on first floor please do not shower after 9.30 or have loud phone calls. Thanks so much. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Feel free to use the utility area to make tea/coffee but please clean up after! Please remove outside shoes in the house. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and also if upstairs please no showers after this time as it disturbs everyone. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
