Welcome to our cozy family home, where you'll find a spacious bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, a television for your entertainment, and ample storage for your clothing. This bedroom is the sole guest room in our apartment, ensuring a private experience. During your stay, the bathroom and toilet will be the main shared areas. For your convenience, the room comes with a television and access to WIFI throughout the property. While kitchen access is somewhat limited due to safety concerns with our gas appliances (namely guest usage), you're welcome to use the microwave, air fryer, kettle, oven etc. Additionally, should you prefer not to worry about meals, I offer a dinner preparation service for an extra fee. Laundry is no hassle here - the weekly rate includes one load of laundry, which I'll happily wash and dry for you. I enjoy interacting with our guests and encourage you to feel at ease in our home. As a proud Caribbean, I often prepare traditional Caribbean Sunday dinners. On the occasions I'm not working, I'm pleased to share this meal with you at no extra cost. Our home is shared with my high school-aged daughter and me. We maintain a clean and tidy environment and expect our guests to do the same during their stay. Room(s): 1.
