bubbly house with 4 spacious rooms

I live with my daughter in a big Edwardian 4 bed house situated in the north London suburbs. Our home has just been re-decorated throughout including all the bedrooms (new beds, mattress, bed linen) to a high standard. We have a large kitchen/dinning area, we have a lovely natural stone bathroom/shower & toilet room for guests only, ( family have own bathroom ). We also have Free Wi Fi (latest BT fibre hybrid halo 3+ )available in all rooms. Continental breakfast included with the room price. Laundry facilities provided only for guests staying one week and longer. We have plenty of good restaurant's near by & there is a beautiful park just over the road from us. My large family have flown the nest, but we would like to share our hospitality with you. Room(s): 1. Double Room (double room) with Shared bathroom This room is a medium size room with very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, & side lights, lovely bay window with plenty of light. Desk and comfortable chair. Free Wi Fi and hair dryer. Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (single room) with Shared bathroom This room is bright & airy with new bed and mattress, & has just been refurbished. Includes a desk and chair, small combination wardrobe, full length mirror and hair dryer. Free Wi Fi. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly 3. Twin Room (twin room) with Shared bathroom This room is a large twin room which has just been refurbished with brand new beds & mattresses, double wardrobe, large desk and chair with lamp. This room is & bright & airy. Free Wi Fi and hair dryer. Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Large double room) with Shared bathroom Huge Spacious room with bay windows, light and airy. Two double beds, ample wardrobe space. Large TV above the fireplace. Desk and chair. Private & comfortable. Free Wi Fi and hair dryer. This room accommodates a family of 4 people. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 5. Family Room (Family room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 4 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: No shoes in the house. The kitchen is available to use for some light food preparation only (no cooking any meals, as I provide a meal service. No in the kitchen late at night. Continental breakfast is available from 7.30am - 11.30am Evening meals are available upon request. Packed lunches are available upon request. No take alway food in the bedrooms. Laundry facilities available for guests staying one week and over, or an extra charge of £5 for this service. Check out day of departure is on or before 12pm. Additional Info: Single occupancy for rooms discount available. Full continental breakfast included in the room price. I can provide a freshly cooked evening meal (I'm a chef) and packed lunch upon request at small extra cost. I also provide travel carry cot, high chair, pushchair. Free Wi Fi in all rooms.
